Linda Carlson, O.D.
Dr. Carlson earned a Bachelor degree at the University of Nebraska majoring in Broadcasting, Journalism, and Business. She went on to earn an additional Bachelors of Science in Vision Science. Her Doctor of Optometry degree is from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is licensed and certified in Colorado for the treatment and management of ocular disease using diagnostic and therapeutic drugs.
Internships were completed in Pediatrics, Low Vision, Medical Management of Ocular Disease and Contact Lenses. She is an active member with the American and Colorado Optometric Association.
She loves the technological advances in her field and has the most tech-advanced equipment to offer her patients. Her practice philosophy is treating the patients' needs and prevention through education. She emphasizes the importance of diet and nutrition to keep eyes healthy. Her treatment specialties include dry eyes, ocular allergies, macular degeneration, cataracts, and computer vision syndrome.
Dr. Jessica Cowling, O.D.
Dr. Cowling received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Physiology at Northern Michigan University in the beautiful upper peninsula of Michigan. She then went on to complete her optometric education at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago where she was active in, and held leadership positions in several organizations, tutored underclassmen, and participated in vision screenings for the underprivileged youth in Chicago.
Clinical internships included training in fitting specialty contact lenses, performing low vision exams, performing pediatric and special needs exams, and management of various Ocular diseases. Dr. Cowling earned her Doctorate of Optometry in 2017. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and the Gold Key honor society.
Following Optometry School, Dr. Cowling furthered her education by completing a Residency program focusing on Ocular Disease, Low Vision, and Primary Care at the VA hospital in Columbus, Ohio. After completing Residency, she moved to Colorado where she enjoys hiking, trying out new restaurants, and playing with her new puppy.
