Our Team

​​​​​Dr. Carlson is the founding owner of Complete Eye Care, which she established in 1998 while raising her two sons. Today, while she continues caring for patients, she is also the primary provider at Dimensions Eye and Aesthetics, where she brings decades of clinical experience to personalized dry eye, eye health, ocular aesthetics, and wellness services.

As a private pilot, Dr. Carlson also brings firsthand knowledge of the unique visual demands associated with aviation. This experience supports her work providing specialized aviation eye care examinations for pilots and others whose vision plays a critical role in their profession. Dr. Carlson earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is licensed and certified in Colorado to diagnose, treat, and manage ocular disease using diagnostic and therapeutic medications.

Throughout her career, Dr. Carlson has embraced advances in eye care technology and has remained committed to providing patients with access to advanced diagnostic and treatment options. Her care philosophy centers on understanding each patient’s individual needs, preventing future concerns through education, and supporting long-term eye health.

​​​​​Dr. Jasmine Roth provides comprehensive vision exams, with a special interest in medical eye care. She is passionate about managing chronic ocular conditions, particularly dry eye, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy.

Dr. Roth was born and raised in Southern California. She attended Arizona State University, where she earned her bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry. In addition, she played collegiate soccer and was named Pac-12 Women’s Soccer Scholar Athlete of the Year. She then graduated summa cum laude from Southern California College of Optometry. Following completion of her doctorate degree, Dr. Roth continued her education by completing a Primary Care and Ocular Disease residency at the VA Boston Healthcare System.

Dr. Roth is an active member of the Colorado Optometric Association and American Academy of Optometry. Outside the office, she likes to play soccer and hike throughout Colorado with her husband.

​​​​​Seth Carlson is a Business Coach at AcquiredSalary.com, with extensive experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Clinical Trials industries. He currently serves as a business liaison for Complete Eye Care and Dimensions Eye & Aesthetics, helping drive growth and operational efficiency. Outside of work, Seth enjoys weightlifting and golfing in his free time.

​​​​​Dr. Maria Bray brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Complete Eye Care. She is committed to helping each patient feel heard, cared for, and confident in their eye health. She takes time during each exam to explain findings, answer questions, and ensure patients understand their care options. 

Dr. Bray grew up in a small town in southeast Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where she was awarded a scholarship in recognition of her community service. Her clinical training included primary eye care, vision therapy, binocular vision disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and postoperative care following cataract and refractive procedures. These experiences helped shape her comprehensive and educational approach to patient care.

Dr. Bray and her husband, Jacob, who is also an optometrist, moved to Colorado to be closer to the mountains. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing guitar, snowboarding, cooking, and taking walks with Jacob and their two rescue dogs, Saint and Faye. She is also a proud supporter of the Missouri Tigers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Dr. Bray is excited to join Complete Eye Care and looks forward to building lasting relationships with patients and families throughout the community.

​​​​​Gen has been a skilled Optician for over 25 years. Her passion is assisting patients in finding the perfect look to complement their unique personality. She would love to be your personal stylist.

​​​​​Born & raised in Colorado, Adilene brings experience in the optometry field and enjoys helping patients with their visual needs. Proud mom of 2 cats, she enjoys spending her free time tending to her plants and cooking.

​​​​​Born and raised in Colorado, Shantel has been an ophthalmic technician for over 20 years and a licensed esthetician for the past 3 years. She is passionate about combining her experience in eye care and skincare to help her clients look refreshed, feel confident and truly shine.

​​​​​Linda enjoys helping patients to select eyewear that will give them confidence in style as well as provide the best solutions for their visual needs.

​​​​​Nicole has been in the eyecare world for over 20 years. Mother to a daughter. Loves to travel, especially to places that are sunny and sandy!
